The only comment I have is that your format of black background with white letter may be hard for some to read. I recently designed a website for a puppeteer who does blacklight puppetry and she wanted to use the same format. I suggeted to her that she allow the user an option to view the site in white background with black type. In here instance it did require that I do some double work but I do think it is worth it.
I like it. It's nice an clean with uniform colors. I took a look at your source code and found 2 things that you may want to look into.
First, I think you should start using style sheets. That way if you want to change the whole color scheme of the site, you can do it by changing one file. More info on that at w3.org (http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/).
Secondly, your tables are all hardcoded to be a certain width. I think your page would benefit from using percentages instead. That way, the page will expand(or contract) to fill the available width. Not really that important, just a style thing really.
