Well, its nice and clean looking, gives the immediate impression that its about furnture so thats a good start.
* Spelling error on the home page!!!
* Having the menu duplicate across the top and down the side on the home page is confusing. Use the left side for something else.
* On products, I can click on the product or click on the list on the left, which again is a duplicate which could be confusing. Its enough to click on the product I think. I know when you are on the product description page, having the menu on the left enables you to jump to another product, but that assumes that I have memorised the codes, which I probably haven't.
* Products link is still active when I'm in the Products section.
* Customer service page: Customer service link is still active at the top. and top menu says Products, left menu says Furniture although they go to the same place.
But apart from those minor points, the site looks clean and functional and loaded nice and fast. And you've left yourself lots of space for banners, extra ads, more descriptions etc.

I ran it through the w3.org validator (http://validator.w3.org) and it says that you're missing a doctype. When I override the doctype to HTML 4.01 Transitional, it mostly complains about there being no ALT attribute in the IMG tags. Those are good for folks that have images off or are running text only browsers. I don't know what your market is, so I could say if it's good or not, but it would be good to specify a doctype.
Other than that, I would say that you should think about using css. It saves bandwidth and makes maintaining your website easier.
I didn't find the menu across the top and down the side confusing. It looks OK to me.
One thing that I might suggest is adding some content to the entry page for Products so instead of haveing just "Please choose from the category to the left" you could possibly have current specials or and overveiw of the product offered.
The top and left menus did not confuse me but I agree that I don't think it is needed and that you could use the space on the left for other things.
Nice site! Each page loaded like lightning for me! :) Great graphics of the porduct line.
Just noticed that to see the price of a product I would have to sign in. Not sure why you are doing that but don't think it is a good idea. If I was shopping on-line I would want to browse and see the price of things before I actually let the company have any information on me. Not to mention I could not find anywhere to regiester to have a log in a password to sign in.
P.S. Just noticed they you have there email address listed on the contact page. Didn't see that it was incoded in anyway. That is most likely going increase the amount of spam they recieve.
