"buy now" buttons are not on all products yet. Also, I know I need the ability to search the site. Still working on that. Thanks for your help.

I am guessing that you are selling to a pretty tight niche market. You probably deal mostly with contractors.

web "design" issues

1) the things that look like text (e.g. the buttons) should be text
2) The graphic logo "serving the industry..." is too small to be readable
3) You seem to have two different product trees -- the one from the buttons, that have "buy now" buttons, and the ones from the links, which don't have those bttons. This is confusing to me as a visitor.

If I have a relationship with your company already, I will probably call you to order. If not, I will probably just leave (unless you have something I need that no one else has)

"marketing" issues

1) How does this web site fit into your overall marketing plan?
What do you want this site to accomplish?
