I like it. I think it looks straightforward and professional.
Some suggestions (but mostly personal preferences are: list menus (http://css.maxdesign.com.au/listamatic/) are a better way to do navigation (instead of the javascript, use CSS). Also, I prefer sites that are either centered or 100% width. I have a 19" monitor and sites that are left justified always look lopsided to me.

Agreed, your website should resize to my browser. Not the other way around.
