You might want to break your page down into more then just the one. You can't rely on the person visiting your site to scroll down the page to read. I really did not read the page or look at it really close but then that is because from what I saw when I first hit your page made me think of a "get rich quick offer" and that tends to turn me off.

As far as popup software there is javascript windowopen() that can be used unless you are looking for something that well get past folks who have popup blockers on their broweser. Don't know of any like that. Hard to know what you want without knowing what you want the software to do.
