There are actually a few companies out there now that do migrations for you. If you are planning on migrating to Zen Cart, you might want to give this company a try. http://profprojects.com/migrate-miva-merchant-to-zen-cart/ I haven't used them so can't really give a recommendation but they seem to specialize in this and the fact that they actually work out the migration first on their own servers thus giving you the option of no downtown is a plus.
