Your question is a bit too broad. :) Windows Movie Maker files are not really usable on a webpage as is. That is if the extension on the file is .mswmm then you first need to go to File > Save Movie File > My Computer. Once you do that you would have the file saved with an extension of .wmv. That file can be uploaded to your server and simply linked to or can be embedded into a webpage.
