I Want To Write, Design And Launch A Site For Free Web Site?
The web site is for a local voluntary organisation and needs a web site. I am willing to use free templates (http://freetemplates.webdesigningcompany.net/) etc and have photos / files that would be put on. However, the organisation have very little money. So all needs to be free or very low cost. How would I build, design, and launch onto the internet. I need to know set up costs and ongoing costs every month.
