I'm using Miva for one of my clients (www.protecmfg.com) and had it located externally on the secure security.westserver.net site, but when anyone tries to order now the error "Unable to open protecmfg/Order/order.mv" comes up. What happened to this server? Others must be experiencing similar issues.

BTW, I filled out a ticket on the members contact page but have not received a reply, not even the automated response acknowledging my request...

I'm counting the seconds until my client calls me up screaming at me.
