I've used westhost for a number of my UK based info sites in the past and am considering my first online retail venture. My question is can Miva be used to accept credit card payments to a UK company or are the online transaction backends designed for US trading only?

Both Worldpay and Protx offer a viable UK checkout for UK Miva Websites. 1stEasy.com can integrate Protx ( You may have to be a hosting customer ) for you and Miva automatically connects with Worldpay through its Payment Processing area.. checkmark Worldpay.
