Unable to authorize payment: CC-2501: Unable to connect SSL!
We have spent ($)hours talking with "Miva" and "LinkPoint" about the ERROR MESSAGE "Unable to authorize payment: CC-2501: Unable to connect to SSL Server." our customers get when trying to complete their orders through the Miva cart on http://www.countryrosesoap.com
There is a securtiy blocking system within Miva Cart that needs to be reset by "somebody" at westhost??? in order for our shoppingcart to be able to communicate with "Linkpoint" our credit card processor.
This is the ERROR MESSAGE our valued customers repeatedly get when trying to checkout of the Shoppingcart.
"Unable to authorize payment: CC-2501: Unable to connect to SSL Server."
Is there anyone@westhost that can flick the switch???

My customers are presented with the same message, in red, when they CONTINUE following the entry of their credit card:
"Unable to authorize payment: CC-2501: Unable to connect to SSL Server"
via the new manager I have updated site applications-->ecommerce-->'OpenSSL' to contain my domain etc, but nothing improved.
I am uncertain when updating Open SSL what the term "Organizational Unit Name" means.
Does anyone know the format of Organizational Unit Name? (using THAWTE cert)
I have looked at the location for the keys and viewed '..\server.crt' and it is my correct THAWTE assigned SSL certificate:
\usr\local\apache\conf\ssl.crt\server.crt last updated=9/9/2003 11.27
\usr\local\apache\conf\ssl.csr\server.csr last updated=9/7/2003 11.41
\usr\local\apache\conf\ssl.key\server.key last updated=9/9/2003 11.28
1. 'server.csr' has a different date than 'server.crt' and 'server.key' ??
