Hello list,
Since the platform upgrade I have been missing Miva's data folder, /htsdata, normally situated one level above /www. Actually, the upgrade has changed our whole folder system.
Is anyone missing this data folder? If it's been moved; to where?

(/usr/home/domainname)

We seem to have different folder structures on the server.
Our old server folder structure:
/username/www/
/username/htsdata/
Our new folder structure:
/var/www/html/
no /htsdata folder exists.
If I haven't heard from Westhost on my support ticket in a couple of days, then I plan on some careful "experimenting". Like uploading a backup copy of /htsdata.
For the heck of it I performed an export on some old test orders. Just wanted to see where the dat file ended up going. Miva claimed to perform the export, and placed it in the old location (which doesn't exist).
Luckily, we hadn't gone Live with the store when this whole thing started.
Our client isn't to happy but we convinced her that we are better off than some of the other Miva users. ie.. those losing orders and customers right now.

This is my path to htsdata on the new system: /usr/home/zxtuner/htsdata
Im not even going into www. When I FTP in, I see the www folder and several home folders(home, home2, home3). Go into the home folder and you should see 3 more folders (your domain name, home, www). Go into your domain name folder. Here you should find the htsdata folder as well as log folders, misc.

Our folder structures are entirely different! May be due to account differences or server locations.
No longer have /usr or /home or (domain name)/ folders.
I'll work it out somehow. Thanks for the help.

David what are you useing to access your site? The File Manager in Site Manager or another program on your computer. If you are using the File Manager it throws you into your www directory when you log in. You can back up to the root by clicking on "up one dir" in the upper left corner then you will see the user and click that to get to home to domain name. Hope that helps solve the mystery.

I've never cared to transfer files using http and have just relied on my ftp program. On wildjokerdesign's suggestion, decided to check out the new Site Manager. And there it was, right where zinc said it would be.
This is definitely a case of "I'm such a smarty pants", and I hang my head in shame. In the future I will try to really READ your suggestions before I second-guess them.
