Can anyone at Westhost please respond to this, I already sent 2 emergency ticket requests.

and you'll see my Miva engine seems to have suddenly dissapeared.
Please put Miva back on. I got to my Account Manager and see that Miva is not even installed under my Applications>E-Commerce.
Any luck after installing Miva?
I cant install Miva, I dont have the option in my Applications > Ecommerce.
I need Westhost to do it for me. My client if losing revenue daily. He's already telling to start looking for a new host for him because his site has been s**t for a week.
