I have v4.19 installed. Miva sends me upgrade announcements frequently, they are currently distributing v4.22. In their messages they include http, ftp download info and the warning: Please note that the following information is confidential, for partners and licensees only.

The fine folks at Westhost include Miva Merchant in their hosting packages. Once installed, does this make me a "licensee"?

Are these free upgrades?

At different module stores I find "upgrade license" for $69.
When is an upgrade license necessary?
