Pre-sales questions

Hello,

I sent an email to you but did not receive a response. Hope that I could get one via this forum.

I am interested in the 'Ultimate' package, as it offers jsp/servlets. My questions:

1. Does the package come with its own private JVM?
2. What is the Javap heap size of each package?
3. I currently have 3 jsp/servlet-enabled domains and 1 html-enabled domain. Could this package handle this? These sites are non-profit sites and command only about 100 hits per day average.
4. If I were to pay 12 months in advance, is there a discounted pricing?

Not sure on your jsp questions but do know that the answer to your #4 questions is that the price that is listed as per month is if you pay for 12 months. If you pay for it monthly it is $31.95 per month and if quarterly it is $29.95 per month. So yes you are recieveing a discount for paying a year in advance.

I can guess at question one. Since WestHost runnning VPS I would imagin that the JVM would be private if you mean would you be able to change it to your needs. I am not familiar witn JVM so you may mean something else.

Perhaps anouther user can answer your other question better. Depending on which e-mail you sent your question to it may take time to get to the right person. Sending to sales or ordering e-mail address would most likely mean they would have to transfer or talk to the tech department.
