Invoicing question

Hello,

I currently use olm.net for webhosting, but I am considering your company to host 2 new domains.

The main complaint I have about OLM is the lack of control with invoices. I need proper invoices with my company name and tax number sent to me here in Spain (the invoice via email would suffice - in fact I would almost prefer it).

Is your company able to provide that?

Not sure the folks from billing visit the forum very often so you may have to send them an email to get the full answer. I can't say about the company tax number since my account is under my personal name but all my invoices have my full name and address on them. They are nothing fancy and vey easy to understand and are sent to me via email. In fact not sure if they even send hard copies via snail mail anymore. :)

The Sales department are very quick to respond to questions like this. As WJD says, they don't hang out on the forums very much. Go to the WH main page and look around for 'contact us', that will give you a form to fill in and they will get back to you.
Remember, they are about 6-7 hours behind you...

In fact I already sent an email to both Billing and Sales as well as posting here, so hopefully I should get the right answers. But from what wildjokerdesign says, it looks like I'll have what I need.
