I need settings for Adobe GoLive to upload

I need settings for Adobe GoLive to upload

In Adobe GoLive I need to fill in two settings to set up the server upload for my new site and I can't find them in the Westhost manual (and they don't answer their phone or reply to my emails). Anyway, if you use GoLive or can guess what the settings might be...
Server __________
Directory __________

That's it. Thanks ahead of time for any help.
Greg

Greg,
That information should have been sent to you in an email. The server is your website URL without the http:// (www.yourdomain.com) and the directory is the default directory you want to connect to. Leaving it blank will allow you to see the top of your webspace.

Thanks for your suggestion, but it didn't work.

Anyone else got an idea, please?

Greg

Cross posting the same question on multiple forums is a no no and may get you banned. See Rule # 6 http://forums.westhost.com/rules.html.

Have patience. If someone knows the answer they'll respond. Meanwhile, perhaps you could try the same post on another board. www.webmasterworld.com. I know several folks over there who use AGL.

I agree with qbanse about cross posting although I would imagin that gregshouses did it out of desperation and frustation... I doubt it will get him banned at this time considering the current situation but it did make it hard for us users trying to help and keep track of things on the forum. It also means that greghouses will have to keep checking all the post to see if he gets any help. :)

Thanks for the feedback. This is my first time using the forum and I didn't know cross posting was against the rules. I AM desperate though since the a-holes at WestHost ignore me and my business is looking amateurish since my marketing materials went out yesterday and potential clients are finding no website.

Thanks anyway.

Greg
