I know I can pay my fees to Westhost online. But I was wondering if I can view my account information for each domain. For instance, a list of domains, when they were last billed, when the next payment is due, etc.
I just paid a fee online but I wish there was information for that domain...like oustanding invoices, etc, instead of just a payment form.
Is this even possible? I know you guys are a little busy with other things right now. But maybe this is something to think about for the future?

In the future you will be able to log into the Account Manager and do what you are asking. Right now it is not up yet. THis link explains more about it and other changes with 2.0 http://members.westhost.com/newprocedure.html
Once they get everyone switched to 2.0 I am sure they will be activating the Account Manager. I can't wait, it is one of the things l was looking froward to with 2.0.

Yes, that is correct. Once all of the upgrades are complete and the dust has settled from the move, we will begin working on the Account Manager.
The Account Manager will actually be the main access point for all of your accounts. You will be able to view all of your billing info and site details from your main login, and you will also have links to each of the Site Managers for all accounts that you control (for those of you with more than one account this is something that should really help alot).
