Macromedia Contribute Not Functioning Anymore

I use Contribute with two of my clients who are hosted on WestHost. One site has been converted, the other has not. I cannot access the administration piece of Contribute for either account, and my client LiveandLearnAbroad.com is unable to connect to their site. Any ideas? Anyone else use Contribute?

Any suggestions or information is greatly appreciated!

David,
I am not familiar witn Contribute but do use Dreamweaver. Two things come to mind right of the top. One to make sure they are using username@thierdomain.com and current password to log in. Also make sure they are using a domain name and not an IP to log in. I am able to connect with Dreamweaver using the above.

David,

I am not extremely familiar with Contribute, but it should work with the new WestHost 2.0. You will need to make sure you have the proper information for the account that is upgraded to WestHost 2.0:

-The URL (web address) of the site you want to edit. This will be a standard web address like http://www.yoursite.com.

-The address used to move files back and forth. The two supported connection methods in Contribute are FTP and Local/Network access. For instance:
1. FTP: ftp.mysite.com
2. Local/Network: \\network\webserver\wwwroot\

-A user name and password (usually required for FTP access).

-There may be times when you need to know the location of the web folder on the server. Contribute can usually find it, but if it can't you will need to set it to '/var/www/html'.

Again, just as a reminder, the new WestHost 2.0 usernames are username@yourdomain.com (make sure you include the last "@yourdomain.com" to your usernames).

I also did a quick search for Contribute on the Macromedia site and found the following link that may have some helpful information:
