I would like to suggest that WestHost post any time the make an Update to the Manual on something that has been reported as being wrong or when the new information may change how some of us answer questions to other users.
It would also be great if when somethng is fixed in the SiteManger if we could get the same thing. I just revisted the topic of viewing your stats with Webalizer and noticed that the link on the statistics page to it now works. I have no idea how long this has been working. For a long time it was not working and we would direct folks to access it via the link next to the Applicatin install.
If all these where posted to Annoucements and Updates under the WH 2.0 catagory then it would make it easy to check what WestHost has done. It would also show new users to the forum that many of the old issues have been taken care of.
Perhaps we are using the forum in the wrong way but it seems the only way to find answers to many things. If for some reason these updates are already being done please let me know where to find them.
I agree with you, maybe WH could have at least someone more dedicated to solving issues posted in the forums, where most other hosting co do.

I have to say that since posting this, I don't think it was the post, that it looks like they may be trying to get somethings moved cleared up. The moved a couple post into the soulutions area that where by users that had found a fix and posted it. Surprised me a bit because one of them was a thread I had been adding to.
So it looks like maybe they are getting some things organized.
Hmm looks like your suggestions work Shawn :) as you can see there's a phantom from WH recently scouring the forums & answering the clients questions , are they getting better or wat :)
