Just wanted to leave a quick note on using Live Chat to contact WestHost. Many have said that they are not able to use it or that it is down. I just used it for the first time and made the mistake of assumeing that I had Java Runtime Enviroment installed on my computer which Live Chat uses. The link to download it is at the bottom of the Live Chat page and once I installed it I was able to contact them.

So if you are haveing a problem or it is showing as offline you might want to make sure Java Runtime is installed on your computer.
