In the topic above a new reseller was asking about the option for reaching a new account that has been set up before it can be accessed with the domain name.

In the e-mail that is sent out you state that you can access it using
http://your-domain.com.yourtempsite.com

They where confused as I was at first and thought it would be my domain name untill I realized that it should be the new domain name of the account I just set up. It was kind of a dumb mistake on my part.. or I thought it was... looks like others may be misunderstanding also.

Maybe you could change that in the e-mail to clarify by adding that you would replace the your-domain.com with the domain name of the new account.
