Help! I just can't get through to support anymore!
The support form doesn't work for me. It seems to be working when I submit my question, but I never get a ticket number and I never get any reply from the support team, so I guess it's not really going through.
Livechat also looks dead to me right now. I have used it before so it's not a problem with my Java settings.
I live outside the US so phone calls are not an option.
I even emailed Chris S. from Westhost but never got a reply.
