I was wondering if WestHost might be able to create a page the stated Known differences bettween accounts or account types that was perhaps a bit more detailed then the sales page. I thought this may be helpfull in sorting out some problems. I just come from reading a post where the person was haveing a problem with the newline charecter in a script that seemed to cause problems on their account but not anouther users. It may be that such things are just a fluke but if there was some differences even in say accounts that where migrated to 2.0 early and ones that are newly set up it might be handy. I think we sometimes go around in circles with a problem because of a lack of information.

This may be way to much of a task and if is perhaps as users if we created a thread for when we think we found a difference then perhaps WH could check from time to time to confirm if we are right or not.

One question that comes to mind is maybe some details on what the differences between a name based and IP account are. It might even be a good exersice for sales department since if the advantages of an IP based account could really be focused in one then perhaps some potential clients may choose a higher level plan from the start. In this respect I think the advantages would need to be presented in laymen terms so that a customer who knows they want to do such and such but are new to the web world could make the choice. Perhaps this is laying to much responsibility on the hosting company but I think from a marketing standpoint it makes sense and I don't mean this as a slam but we really do expect more from WestHost. :)
