What I like about WestHost Customer Support

I switched to WestHost from HostWay two months ago. Here's what I really like so far:

1) Phone support is available for all hosting packages.

2) Someone actually answers the phone or, if on hold, calls are answered within a reasonable time.

3) When I receive a response via email, it comes from a person as opposed to a no-name response like "Sincerely, Support."

4) If someone doesn't have the answer, they say so and either refer me to someone else or have someone get back to me.
