I suggest a blog or something to better let us customers know what’s going on at WestHost. Your News/Announcements forum is hardly updates and currently stale with a post from June!!! We need to know what’s going on at WestHost.. I know more happens then you let us know… even newsletters are too sparse apart. Better communication of general news and announcements is highly needed…. But maybe it’s just me.

Thanks for the suggestion and feedback. Client communication is something that we are working on to improve. We are pretty close to revealing our brand spankin' new Member's Area and that should improve our communication to our clients. And as always, we would appreciate and value your feedback on the new design. Watch for it soon!

I honestly do not have an approximate timeframe. Things change constantly and we do not want to give out a timeframe without having things set in stone. We appreciate you being patient, it will all be revealed... :)
