We've created a new hack to add a Title Prefix to new threads.
Now users have option to select a category prefix for their new threads to highlight what area of specialties they going to discuss in their thread.
After moderators create a list for each forum, users will have to option to select the thread title prefix when they post a new thread. Thread prefix can be selected from the drop down list left to the title box.
