Why do some sites not appear in the Account Manager?
I know some have not been transferred, but some have, and some appear there and some don't.
For example:
Account manager at gnomedia.com
bowen-nst-therapy.com appears there
school-of-usui-reiki.com doesn't appear
but they are all on Westhost2
I am still not able to log into the Account Manager. I had assumed that they had not activated it yet. In the new procedures page it said that it would be available in September but I just tried and can not log in. It may be I am using the wrong e-mail address to try and access it since when I try the forgot password window it returns a message that my e-mail address is not on file.

I think I have the answer for you. I asked Mark about it and he said that the the Account Manager will not be fully functional till after they have resolved the current issues. He did state that some may be able to log in but that the information would not be accurate at this point.
Once they do have it up and running it will list all your accounts and have a link to each of those accounts Site Manager. You will also be able to view your invoices and manage your billing with the Account Manager.

It offers me hope that things will be cleared up for me at some point... which is all I hope for at this stage.
