I've sent email to support and tried calling, but the v2.0 upgrade must have went as well as Microsoft Security - a total loss.
When I try to upload files via Site Manager to my
website, I get the error message:
Couldn't save the files in /var/www/html/ - Is a
directory
Please help!!! I've had this website for about a
month now, and I am unable to upload to it at all.
Please help!!
Thank you!!

I've noticed the same problem. It's that File Manager WestHost chose to use is utterly useless. I recommend you look into learning how to use FTP - it gives you so much more control, and while WestHost is busy with other support requests would be your only alternative: http://manual.westhost.com/gs.html#gs-ftp
If you run into any problems, you can always ask your question(s) on the forum and somebody will help you out.
Also you may want to try a windows explorer look like ftp program such FTPexplorer

Very easy to use...
I use WS_FTP the pro version and would highly recomend it or any other comprable program. Like Fayez said it gives you alot more controll and I used it even befor 2.0.
