I was wondering if there was a way to ban IP addresses so they cannot accesss your website.

Yep IP Filtering via your Site Manager

Scroll down a bit and you'll see the heading for it with an overview.

In your Site Manager it is located under Site Management. The last option there is called IP Filtering.
