I'm just curious to know if I am able to give one (or more) of my users SSH access to my server. If yes, how would I set this up?
Also, will there be an update to MySQL any time soon? There are some 4.0 features that I would enjoy taking advantage of.
Thanks.

Unfortunately, SSH access is reserved only for the main account (i.e. yours). However, almost any other aspect (e-mail, FTP accounts, web sites, etc.) can be assigned to users. Can't say anything about mySQL, but personally I don't see that change happening any time soon - people have been asking for it for ages. I guess they (WestHost) are just wary of incompatibilities, etc. that might arise in upgrading to it (not that I am an expert on that topic).
Hello Dan,
We are working on not only updating MySQL but also all of the other software that is installed on the Site Manager. You also have the option of updating that yourself. There are several topics on doing this.
Fayez is correct on SSH access. With SSH you can change about anything you want on the account and so this is reserved for the primary user. If you have any other questions on this please let us know.
The critical factor is not so much the software, but the ports that are open on the server. They are, essentially, ftp, http, smtp and pop3. ssh is open but 'trapped' by the virtual server software.
