bandwidth check from ssh

Hi! :)

Is there any way to check the current bandwidth utilisation via SSH?

I think there is a quota command but it only shows the disk usage.

Thanks!

As far as I know, this isn't possible. I've requested this feature many times - as it is the only reason I would need to log in to my Site Manager - and I suspect that other people have requested it too.

Thank you very much for your quick answer!

I would really love to be able to check my current bandwidth utilisation via SSH. Direct secure SSH access and VPS/"virtual root" were the reasons I chose Westhost. Site Manager is useful and nice (although a bit slow), but nothing can replace SSH, especially for a GNU/Linux fan like me! :)

No problem.

I agree. I much prefer SSH to using the Site Manager. As I said, the only reason I log in to my Site Manager is to check my bandwidth usage. Practically everything else I can do easily, quickly and efficiently via SSH (although, I'll admit, adding e-mail/FTP accounts is not something I'd do).
