It seems to me that plusmail is a security weakness on our account. How can we disable this temporarily?

Plusmail? Is this a 1.0 account? May be I am just still foggy this morning but don't recognize that as a 2.0 feature. If it is 1.0 I think you would have to have WH do it for you although I seem to remember that plusmail was the script that was run on 1.0 so you might be able to remove the script or change the permissions on it if it is accessible to you.
