directory problem with photogallery webbot

I have been trying to add another photogallery to my web page. I have several already. Whenever I try to look at the web page with IE, I get a failure on this new gallery. I have tried removing a regenerating it. It works fine with IE when publishing to my localhost but always fails when publishing to westhost. It almost appears that the "current directory" that the webbot is running in is incorrect. There is an include statement in the bwca2003picts.htm to access a real.htm file:

U-Include="photogallery/photo29772/real.htm

The directory that contains bwca2003picts.htm is:

www.attinella.com/Canoes/

The error that the page is encounterring is that it is looking for the following file in the following directory:

www.attinella.com/Canoes/photogallery/photo29772/photogallery/photo29772/real.htm

The file is actually in:
www.attinella.com/Canoes/photogallery/photo29772/real.htm

As you can see, there is an extra "photogallery/photo29772/" in the path. I cannot figure out where this is coming from. I did get a message that my domain will be converted to 2.0 over the next several days. Is there something funny going on with directories/symbolic links that could cause this strangeness? I've posted to the microsoft frontpage newsgroup and so far nobody can explain it.

Wow, the description of this Knowledge base article is misleading, however, my problem appears to be a manifestation of this. I modified the WEBBOT parms to explicitly define the entire path the real.htm and it started to work (instead of using relative addressing).
