FrontPage Form Problem

Before the FP vs. no-FP discussion begins, I am working on changes to my site that will eliminate the need for FP but that won't happen for a while. For now I have to live with FP but I am having a problem.

I just updated a bunch of pages on my site including some layout changes to a form that has been included on the site now for a year. When I was done uploading the changes I tested the site and everything works except the form. When I am done filling out the form it gives me the following error:

FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.

I ran the tests that MS recommends to prove the FP extensions are there and they all succeeded. I even removed the extensions and reinstalled them and then reposted the site but I still get the error. Any ideas?
