I'm working to create a photo sharing site/community where registered subscribers upload photos they own onto an html page they maintain. Using Front Page. Looking for code to embed in html page that allows users to enter their file path to their pics or allows users to use a "browse" button to search their directory tree.
Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

When you are trying to do dynamic content like what you are trying to do, you are going to find that it cannot be done easily with HTML. A site that allows to have individual users to upload and share photos and keep them organized would require using a dynamic programming language like PHP.
You might even be able to find a php script that you can insert into your HTML pages that might serve your purposes. Here is a good link to a bunch of free PHP script that you might find useful.

I use photobucket for this and its much more easy :)
