Our lowest plan is $89 a month (Celeron 1.7 ghz, 512 mb ram, 80 gb hard drive, 1 TB bandwidth 11 OC3-48 connections) not sure if your interested as you did request less then $80. Cpanel is an extra $20 a month but if you go with the Celeron 2.4 ghz (512 mb ram, 80 gb hard drive 1 TB bandwidth) you would get your control panel for free and your monthly fee would be $99. By the way this offer ends today.

Managed.com has a Celeron 2.4, 512MB, 80GB, cPanel, 100mbps burstable, 1000GB/month for $79.95. They have free setup on it too. They are fine as long as you don't need a managed server.
