The other day I downloaded the new Netscape 8.0.
The install went fine.
In the settings I remember setting something like 'auto fill'.
While browsing a few (not all ) of the pages would begin jumping up and down as if I was rapidly scrolling up and down. Really distracting.

The next morning I went to ebay and did a search for a product I was looking for and the results page was doing that jumping thing. But I saw the product I was looking for and attempted to click it.

The next thing that happened was for the pages to refresh (seemed like three times - like the pages were being forwarded), and then what looked like the ebay login page displayed again.

When I filled it out, the new page that displayed was telling me that I had just purchased an item that I would never-ever buy!

I have no idea what caused this behavior.

I uninstalled Netscape 8 and re-installed my old version again.

Have you guys ever heard of anything like this?
For a while there I thought I had entered the twilight-zone!
