I'm doing some due diligence on an app concept that relies heavily on the Facebook API's. I know I am able to access users info once they've logged in via FB Connect.

What I'm interested in, is accessing public Facebook page information (i.e. Businesses, Restaurants or Band Pages including page info, wall, events, etc).

Does anyone know to the extent that this information is available. If so, I'm looking to find someone who knows their way around the API for potential help with development.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
