1. Ease of setup of the Blackberry JRE / SDK vs iPhone SDK?

2. Costs. Setup costs? Costs of licencing? Costs of releasing software

3. Extent of support available?

Overall, is it worth the effort to start on Blackberry at this time, while the Apple Appstore still has the vast majority of all downloads
