hello, i have a device that i accidentaly erased Uboot-code from flash, and i cannot reprogram flash with jtag because the pcb not have jtag header.
flash chip is spansion s29gl128n90tfi01.

i want to use as socket for the flash, the board of a home gateway router (bt-home hub 2) who have the s29gl128p90tfir2 flash chip.

what now i ask, i can only write to the 128p chip and port him to bricked board, or need to solder my 128n erased chip, program him and then resolder to bricked board ?
