What do you need to program android app under win7 x64 ?

hi !

i'd like to begin learning developpement for Android applications (smartphone and tablet)
i'm currently under windows 7 x64.

what software package would you recommand to use for programming and testing/simulating ?

The same software needed on any Windows platform :

Eclipse (the main one that Android states to use)
java development
Android SDK
