Are there any good guides online that I should use for information on OS Commerce? Part is I'm completely new to it and totally overwhelmed. I'm new to web page design as well as e-commerce so I know I have a lot to learn, terms like VPS, etc. I just am looking for some good how to guides, to install, set up, etc.
Are most of the contributions as they call them reliable? I know this is open source software but as well I looked through all the contributions on the oscommerce site and was overwhelmed. Are these mostly reliable since they are open source developed?
For example I'm looking for something to interface with Quickbooks and I have no clue which contribution to use and if they are all reliable. Thanks in advance for any help.
