Right now, we are using osCommerce (obviously), and it has a USPS shipping module. That requires a User ID which we have and a pass which is doesn't give you. I am told that you just leave it blank or make it the user ID. But every time I do, it I keep getting an error: An error occurred with the USPS shipping calculations.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.
So, how do I fix that? It's shipping, so... it's important.

Do you have a USPS account? If you do, have you asked them to move your account to the production server, yet? (Have you tried using the test server?)
I'm pretty sure you no longer need a password, but you still have to have your account moved to the production server to get reliable shipping quotes.
Thanks man. I thought it would take longer to get a reply. When my main man comes on, the guy who does all the tech stuff, I'll tell him about it. In the meantime, any other suggestions, or other things that could be causing a problem?
