Cross Browser CSS & Some javascript

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):
I have 2 requirements here, bonus if the same person can handle both but its not necessary.
Firstly I need someone to finish off the javascript work on the page. I've already done the tabs but I need someone who can modify/rework the script so that the central column boxes (only 1 should actually be displayed at any one time) can be activated by clicking on various elements from either of the other 2 columns.
The second thing is cross browser compatibility - there's a couple of minor issues in FF but mostly its fine but obviously in IE6 & 7 its not as shiny. There's not that many issues but I really don't want the headache and sadly I can't make everyone use real browsers.

The site is here: http://hospitalmanager.simstressgames.com/

These are really just tweaks and I don't expect each version to be a pixel perfect carbon copy of each other, I just need it so that whatever browser the user is using, it looks like however it looks is how its supposed to look (if that makes sense)

2) Payment Amount: please quote

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): paypal (for non UK) bank transfer/cheque or paypal if you're UK based

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders):

Slight glitch at the moment with the dynamic images - I just upgraded php on the server and I've lost GD...

So, you want it coded so that when someone clicks "Kadence Shepard" on the right side fo the page, the "Kadence Shepard" box appears in the center with no other boxes, and if something else is clicked, the box already occupying the center space will be replaced by teh new box, correct?

pretty much yes. (Of course there are 2 different staff boxes depending on whether you click on a current member of staff or a 'potential hire'.

Obviously this can be done very easily but I want it to be neat - notice the tabs and queue lists are just 1 line of javascript each to set up. The content will all be dynamic eventually, this is just test data, but in reality there will be loads of boxes to switch around, so it needs to be as compact and flexible as possible.

I can do both the javascript and the CSS for £50 by Thursday, payable by Paypal. I just have a few questions first:

1) Does the CSS need to validate?

2) What browsers (if any) need to be supported apart from Firefox, IE6 and IE7?

3) Which browser displays the page the way you want it to look?

1) No
2) Just IE 6 & 7 & FF - anything else is a bonus but not really important
3) None are perfect - FF is the closest but on the Room Details and second Staff Details cards there are lines under the heading that shouldn't be there. And sometimes the 'tick' next to the room name (disease list) drops on to a new line - which it shouldn't.

Hi,
I am Interested to this if it is still available. please check PMB for details,
With regards,
Saju Dev

I am also interested in the job. No need to go up to 100$, though, 50$ should suffice. If, however, the job is already taken, please post a reply saying so.
