1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): We are currently building community based websites. These websites are to be deployed in multiple languages and will enjoy multiple audiences.

We work on a Joomla! CMS. Coder should have knowledge on scripts, php and MySQL. The web development, marketing and strategy are completely in our hands. However, there are specific issues and tasks which only a coder can solve and complete. Things like permission problems, copywrite information, server setup and maintenance and lay-out details that cannot be solved without profound experience in coding need attention. These tasks should not take a coder more than 8 hours a week.

2) Payment Amount:
Compensation can be on a project basis (fixed amount) or in partnership, or a combination of both, to be discussed in more detail later.
