1) Project Details: Wordpress based blog like posting site.
Requirements
1) Give any users to post images (resizing required)
2) Input 4 text line fields / 1 text box field
3) Ability to input email which is masked as link
4) Collect email and save but not show email on public
5) 20 posts per page with automatic pagination
6) Database and scripting like php / python / rails and jqurey / css
7) Ability to work straight from PSD
8) Tagging and search

Nice to have: user registration

2) Payment Amount: depends on experience

3) Payment method: Paypal

4) Additional Info: Would be nice if it can be done ASAP and also if this works out, I have other personal projects and I would want done.
