Online Custom Label Design and Order System

I am looking for a coder to further develop a site of mine. The site is for selling custom printed personal labels. The customers should be able to design and order their labels in four easy steps.
The site is partially developed by another coder but he is unreliable and I need to finish this project ASAP.
I therefor seek an experienced coder with English as mother language (for optimal communication) who can continue (or develop new system) this system.
Payment through PayPal as the system is ready on your server. Project budget it USD 150-200. (Maybe more if you want to start from scratch).
You will have 5 days to complete.

You need to provide us with details about what you need the developer to do, and with such a strict deadline they need to be solid. What languages, what coding, what is done, what needs to be finished? Also your price might be quite low if the quantity is high.

If new coder is able to proceed on existing script it will not need too much work.
My price is of course negotiable and quality is more important than low price.
You need to post here the details of what you need. You have not mentioned what type of coding, what language, how much coding, and the overall project. If you want quality inquiries you need to post this information, otherwise I cannot offer to help.

The work that has been done so far is done in PHP. If you would like to start from scratch any language is OK as long as my specifications are meet and it can run on a Linux server.
The customer should be able to design personal labels. The label should contain 3 lines of text and a small graphic. Customer should also be able to choose font. The text typed by the customer should automaticly be sized for optimal usage of the label. The label design must be stored as a graphic file.
Each order can contain more than one label design.
When order is ready the order should be sent to webmaster with order details and label(s) images attached. The customer should get a standard order confirmation e-mail.
Site design and the small graphic for label design is all finished. This project is all about code to make it all work.
I am open for suggestions regarding project price. Quality and fast delivery has priority.
