How much are four pieces of string?
Basically what you are seeking is a collection of:
1 Content Management system
2. GuestBook
3. Search box - presumably with the back end search engine
4. Comments - a variation of a guestbook.
You would need to provide more information for someone to give you an estimate. at the minute its abit like asking how much is a car/automobile.
