I'm interested in hiring somebody to make a theme for my blog however I don't know how much it would cost to do it to my specifications. As of now I am only looking at quotes of how much you would do it for, if it fits my budget we can work something out.
As I said just a quick sketch. I can pretty much add everything on there except I'd need you to also code the recent posts to go in the 6 squares, as well as the hot content/recent posts on the top.

Do you have the graphics create for this already or would you need those as well? Also what blogging system will you be using?
I'll be using wordpress. I can also add the banner, as for the graphics I don't have photoshop yet so I can't provide those, however it would be something simple.
